If the buyer cancels the order after paying the advance, cancellation charges will apply. These charges depend on the work progress, raw material already purchased, labor cost, and production stage. In certain cases, if the order is already fully in production or materials are fully consumed, the entire advance amount may be non-refundable, as the products are specially made for bulk and export requirements and cannot be reused.
