At Crazy Trends, all export orders go through rigorous quality checks before dispatch.
To maintain transparency and avoid misuse, all export shipments are treated as final sales.
1. No Returns or Refunds After Dispatch
For all international/export/bulk orders:
- β No returns accepted
- β No refunds provided after dispatch
2. Strict Quality Check Before Export
Every export shipment is checked thoroughly for:
- Product quality verification
- Correct quantity confirmation
- Secure export-grade packing
- Final inspection
Proof photos/videos of the final packing and products can be shared upon request.
3. No Responsibility After Shipment
Once goods are handed over to the international courier/logistics agency or any port authority,
Crazy Trends is not responsible for:
- Transit damage
- Transit delays
- Loss or theft during transit
- Customs delays or issues in the destination country
Buyers are strongly advised to choose insured shipping if required.
4. Packing Errors (Before Dispatch Only)
Any issue such as wrong product, quantity mismatch, or packing error will be resolved
before dispatch only.
National / Domestic Return & Replacement Policy (Within India)
Crazy Trends accepts returns for domestic orders only when a valid and verifiable issue is found.
1. Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
- β Wrong product received
- β Damaged product
- β Defective product
2. Mandatory Conditions
A return request will be approved only if:
- A clear, uncut unboxing video is provided from the moment the parcel is opened.
- The issue is reported within 3 days of product delivery.
- The product is unused, untampered, and in original packaging.
3. Not Eligible for Return
The following cases are not eligible for returns:
- β Change of mind
- β Customer dissatisfaction
- β Used, damaged, or altered items
4. Replacement & Refund
- Replacement will be provided for eligible return cases.
- If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued.
