Shipping Policy
At Crazy Trends, our goal is to ensure fast, reliable, and transparent delivery for all
domestic and international orders. Shipping timelines vary based on order quantity, customization
requirements, and the shipping method selected by the customer.
1. Processing Time (Before Dispatch)
A. Domestic Orders (India)
- 1–10 units: Dispatch within 2–3 business days
- 11–50 units: Dispatch within 4–7 business days (based on availability & customization)
- 50+ units: Dispatch timeline will be mentioned in the Proforma Invoice (PI)
B. International Export Orders
- 1–50 units: Dispatch within 3–7 business days (depending on stock & customization)
- Bulk orders (50+ units): Production time is typically 7–45 days based on quantity and specifications
Exact timelines for international orders will be clearly mentioned in the Proforma Invoice (PI).
2. Advance Payment Requirement
- Advance is required as specified in the Proforma Invoice.
- Processing, production, and dispatch begin only after the agreed advance payment reflects in our Indian bank account.
3. Shipping Methods (As Per Customer Choice)
A. International Orders (Exports)
We offer complete flexibility with multiple export shipping methods:
- DDP (Door Delivery Duties Paid)
- FOB (Freight on Board – Indian Port)
- CIF / CFR (Sea Shipping)
- Air Cargo
- Express Courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, Aramex, etc.)
Charges, responsibilities, and delivery times depend on the method selected by the customer.
B. Domestic Orders (India)
- 1–10 units: Shipped via standard couriers
- Heavy or bulk orders: Shipped through dedicated transport services for safe handling
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates depend on the following factors:
- Total order weight and volume
- Destination (domestic or international)
- Shipping method (courier, air, sea, DDP, etc.)
All charges appear in the official quotation or checkout before order confirmation.
5. Delivery Timelines
Domestic (India)
- Standard Courier: 3–7 business days
- Transport Services: 5–10 business days
International
- Express Air Courier: 5–12 days
- Air Cargo: 7–15 days
- Sea Cargo: 25–55 days
DDP delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance in the destination country.
6. Tracking Information
After dispatch, customers receive:
- Tracking number
- Courier or transport partner details
- Expected delivery timeline
Tracking visibility depends on the carrier’s update frequency.
7. International Customs, Duties & Taxes
For export shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges in the destination country
are the buyer's responsibility unless the order is shipped under DDP (Door Delivery Duties Paid).
8. Delays Due to External Factors
Crazy Trends is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance
- Weather issues
- Port or airline congestion
- Courier operational delays
- Natural events, strikes, or emergencies
We support customers during such delays, but the final delivery is controlled by the logistics partner.
9. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers must provide accurate and complete address details to avoid complications.
Crazy Trends is not liable for delays or extra charges resulting from:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package appears lost or stolen, customers must contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier for investigation.
Final resolution is based on the courier company’s official report.
11. Returns Due to Non-Delivery
Shipments returned due to any of the following will incur additional charges:
- Wrong or incomplete address
- Customer not available
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Non-clearance at the destination country
Customer Options:
- Pay re-shipping charges
- Request refund of product cost (domestic orders only — shipping is non-refundable)
Note: Export orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
